We met up on Monday in Slide Rock State Park, just north of Sedona, Arizona, and after a little hike and lotsa pictures, went for a drive around Red Rock State Park, and then up past Flagstaff to see Sunset Crater (a volcanic crater).

Following the loop road, we explored the Wupatki Anasazi Indian Ruins (abandoned since 1260 AD), and then continued to the Grand Canyon where we viewed a spectacular sunset from the south rim. We spent the night on the Hopi Reservation.
