in this invoice, you could find informations about the three other major artists that will perform with Rick Wakeman on stage on June 30th 2001 for the world premiere of "Return to the Centre of the Earth".Bernard Fortin, narrator
Bernard Fortin is a well known artist in Quebec. Since he has finished his theatre studies in 1981, he proved his talents in many domains. He performed a lot of plays and movies, particularly at the beginning of his career. He also participated to television series, dramas and games. He has been active in doubling (Ninja Turtles, The Simpson's, etc.) and besides, he gives his voice to Tom Hanks' and Woody Harelson's characters. We can now hear him at the popular radio program Yé pas trop tard (CKOI 96,9 MF) and see him in Virginie, a daily television program.Luck Mervil, singer
Born in Haiti, Luck Mervil was introduced to the show biz world very soon in his life. In 1988, he formed a music group, Rudeluck, with Rudy Toussaint. Their first album was adulated by the critics and many of their songs reached the Top 10 of charts. Later, the singer started a lonely career. Luc Plamondon offered him an important role in the famous musical show "Notre-Dame de Paris". Host and spokesman of many cultural events, Luck Mervil is really appreciated in Quebec, especially for his dynamism and his human touch.
Fabiola Toupin, singer
Fabiola Toupin is a young singer of around twenty, well known in Trois-Rivières, her native city. She participated to many cultural television programs (in which she sang) and put on about a hundred of shows through the province of Quebec. Her repertoire specializes in the Francophone song, particularly with her interpretations of Jacques Brel's and Édith Piaf's songs. In addition to her magnificient voice, Fabiola Toupin has great presence and an incomparable energy.

I havn't heard it yet so I can't comment. ...he plays Hammond organ on a couple of tracks.....

at the moment, we have 17 days before the world premiere of the show "Return to the Centre of the Earth". We are waiting a lot of people for Montréal, Québec city, Toronto in Canada; Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Hawaï in USA; England and Scotland; Brasil and South America. We are very happy to know that all of them are as much enthousiastic as we are to that show. 17 days is not long, but long enough to encourage other persons who like Rick Wakeman to attend this show. The Delta Hotel is almost full and we will probably sell all our t-shirts and posters... Everything is going well, but many persons may not have heard of the "Return" show yet.Have a nice day!

in exactly one week Rick Wakeman will be in Trois-Rivières. This is so close for us. My emails will be rare from now... and I'm sure you understand very well my position. Don't be shy to send me emails, I'll read them all and answer them. I may not send many other messages on the list. I have to plan some meetings with the journalists and the artists performing on the "Return to the Centre of the Earth". For those who will attend the show, I promise you that it will be a great show. I'll almost listening the CD everyday and... it will be so spectacular. There will be some surprises too.Thank you for those who help me and write personnaly to me, that was a pleasure to hear from you and write to you. For those who want to meet me the day of the show, I may be very busy, but that would be a pleasure to do so. So, I say to all of us, meet me beside the stage between 7h00 PM and 9h00 PM. I will be working like a bee, but that would be a pleasure to say hello to you!

From: Graham Johnson [graham@ggjohnson.co.uk>] - June 27The latest RWCC newsletter arrived today and it was nice to see it was basically full of positive things instead of the usual collection of disasters. Don't want to spoil it too much for those of you who haven't had it arrive yet but it mentions new studio and live albums, a couple of appearances in Moscow and St Petersburg and another South American/Central American tour. As usual I'll believe it if and when Wayne is told officially about it and it appears on the RWCC web site.
As usual it also surprisingly overlooks other news too like the rerelease of Phantom Power and the release of Hope Records recordings under the Voiceprint group. Thought Rick would want to plug those in his own newsletter, especially as he comments on poor distribution and publicity by others.
