Vol. 5, No. 8 - May 1998 - Bill Bruford
Just picked up my copy of Avant (the excellent UK jazz, improvised and contemporary classical music magazine) to discover that Bill Bruford's Earthworks are apparently in Cambridge tonight, playing at the Modern Jazz Club (01223 504444). Amazed that I've seen no publicity for this anywhere else.... and sadly I'm away from now until Monday on work, so no chance of getting there. A bit late as tip-offs go, but you never know....
